I pieced it together from the CMs, Pusma and the latest SP/Navi thingy they had. There are definitely parts missing as it was cut off here and there, but, oh wells :) If I find I missed out any parts, I'll add it in. When the full song's out, it'll be edited too ^^ Of course this is 100% transcribed by ear and done while straining to hear over people talking over it, so it's definitely not 100% accurate...!

Anyway, about the interview. I KNEW IT! The line in 『5 x 10』 that goes 「先の山を風で越える」 (cross the mountains ahead of you on the wind) was indeed in reference to what Jun-kun said in the greetings at the "TIME ~Kotoba no Chikara~" concerts ^^ *feels very smart*

And Sho-chan, if that's the case about the tears, then we've certainly had more than enough of Aiba-chan's tears, haven't we? XD And well, you got your wish - Ohchan cried! XD

I really wanted to finish Sho-chan's 5 x 10 interview today, but I ended up catching the flu... *sniffs* And it didn't help that Tuesdays suck in general for me - Almost 5 hours of non-stop Biology lectures and tutorials starting after lunch (most conducive for naps). I've only been a fan for less than 2 years, but I'm really proud to say that I am a fan. True, you may not have the best voices in the world, and you may not have the best dance moves, but I can see that in everything you undertake, you put your heart and soul into it without abandon.

Seeing you do your best gives us encouragement to do likewise, just like how you say you are able to do your best because we are here - a symbiotic relationship. Because we've had the support of so many people these 10 years, we're able to approach our 10th anniversary.

( I think, if you were to compare the us from when we'd just debuted to the us of right now, we have certainly changed. But in my opinion, what hasn't changed is our roots. )

Depends on whether I can find time to translate something else before/on that day! >< School has been busy, exams are approaching and I've got a CIP project eating up time as well. And all Singaporean JC students and once-students should recognise "Project Work" as the biggest culprit - the ultimate bane of any JC student's life. Yep, mine included...

Interestingly, the Japanese Cultural Club in my school sometimes uses Arashi when teaching Japanese lessons 8D Well that's what you get when you have 2-3 Arashi fans on the lessons comm, myself included 8D Both for examples (prancingsheep created a whole scenario/conversation where someone went to a CD shop to buy "Believe"!) and to teach grammar patterns with songs (most recently was "truth" haha) :D

This is how I spend my "home-based learning" break from school :) Other schools have "marking days" after exams which equate days of fun and play for students, but mine... "marking days" = "home-based learning" TT^TT That equates lots of online quizzes and self-research and what not.

I don't usually do Toma translations (or any at all, as of late, in fact ><) but this was done on request from cutie0o0opie. The article is from Myojo's July 2009 issue, scans are here ^^

Have yet to see this around the comms yet, so I went and ignored my homework translated this article on the Nikkan Sports 12th Drama Grand Prix. That is, the overall 2008 awards.

I searched around Nikkan Sports for the other awardees, and have listed them here (well, only 3 of them have been announced anyway). I'll leave it to their more hardcore fans to translate their articles. Meanwhile, I've done Ohno's (because yes I am a hardcore fan :x)!

Been so dead around LJ, haven't I ._. I've been too busy to do any translations, even the ones I promised last time D: I think I can totally scrap 嵐10ATP, at this rate D:

In any case, I have yet to watch either "Smile" or "The Quiz Show", but I did go listen to the theme song of "The Quiz Show", for obvious reasons :) And I fell in love with it on one listen. So I decided to transcribe and translate. Usual pattern for me, yes XD

Entirely done by ear and accuracy NOT guaranteed. Especially since the characters were talking over the song so I couldn't really hear the words... Also not the full version - it's the drama-length. Yup ^^

I'm back :D For now. Just in time to do March/2007's articles ^^ Not all done yet, so here's AMN, with O and S coming soon. I have a Japanese exchange student (I hope she likes Arashi harhar) coming soon and I'll have to bring her around Singapore and all, so I don't know if I can finish O and S by the time March ends, but since I've already started with this set (in fact, I'm halfway through Sho's), I'll make sure I finish it! ^^

In other news, I'm back frm YLTC 09 :D A very fun and introspective camp, despite the dirtiness and what not. If you're interested in that you can go to my personal blog to read about it, but I assume more people are interested in this translation so... XD;

I recently discovered, thanks to someone informing me (don't know if you wanna be named...) that one of my translations was posted without permission or credit, so I'm a bit annoyed. But... Oh wells. Things like that happen. The nice comments I get from people will keep me doing this for the fandom, don't worry XD Not to mention that I take a lot from the fandom too in other ways, so this is more a way to give back than anything else. Yes :D

I think I was way too ambitious starting out on 嵐10ATP T__T I haven't had time to translate anything in an entire month already, since school began proper! D: I've barely been able to watch any stuff even haha. I've only come home before 6.30pm a grand total of one time in the entire 1.5 months since school began, and that was because it was a half day in celebration of good A-level results! And strangely, it's not that much due to homework but more due to things like CCA, meeting up with lots of different groups of friends (class, orientation group, secondary school friends...) etc etc. Haha. It's holidays next week but I'll be gone the entire week at camp!

So with that said... I'm putting the project on hold D: I don't want to, but I guess it's kinda necessary. Don't worry, whenever I have time I'll do some translations, but I just cannot guarantee how often that'd be...
